I am the first person in my family to be in trouble with the law since the American Revolution. Growing up, I was allowed to roam free and never had a father figure or mentor to nurture my growth. I didn’t learn the benefits of discipline until adulthood. Fueled by anger, I made poor choices, drank too much alcohol, and watched too many violent movies that fed a destructive mindset. I was convicted of two charges, including a 30-year sentence. When I think of all the love I have lost and everything that has been stolen from me, I feel like giving up and ending myself. But God has blessed me in so many ways that I keep hoping for justice and fighting to survive what feels like hell. I am looking to make meaningful connections with people based on love, faith, and truth. I am a strong, big-hearted man who wants to make real mistakes and learn from them, not get stuck in a corrupt system forever. I don’t want to be surrounded by wrongful convictions and exaggerated sentences. Enough is enough. I want to meet someone who can help restore my innocence and support me as I build a decent, honest life when I get out. I am open to mail, CorrLinks, and email communication.
