Hello! My name is Javonte Higgins, and I am currently incarcerated within the Michigan Department of Corrections. Though I am facing life for a crime I did not commit, I maintain my innocence and refuse to let my circumstances define who I am. I am a God-fearing, loyal, and respectful man with a good heart who is just looking for a little more support and a chance. Despite the challenges of my situation, I manage everything on my own, staying strong, resilient, and positive through it all. My faith is my anchor, and I live by the verse, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). Outside of my faith, I enjoy watching good movies and TV series, listening to music, and engaging in deep, meaningful conversations. People often tell me that I am creative and funny, and I truly appreciate genuine, real friendships. I am not just looking for a pen pal; I am looking for real connections with people who want to share positive energy. Having a good support system makes all the difference behind the walls. If you would like to reach out, send encouragement, or simply let me know I am not forgotten, you can connect with me on JPay using my correct MDOC number: 679886. Thank you for taking the time to read my story, and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Date of Birth: 9-20-1990
