"Perhaps you’re reading this and wonder how it is that I've landed myself where I am? The answer to that is negative choices driven by negative habits and a negative perspective. Thankfully I have taken advantage of my time to do the inner work of recognizing the harm I've perpetrated, the trauma from my childhood and adolescent experiences in order to grow into the man I am today. I've been incarcerated for 13 years but I wouldn't be who I am today had it not been for this chapter in my journey. I'm a strong believer in the soul, the intelligence of the universe, and the evolution of humanity. I seek to bridge the gap between faith and knowledge, a bridge traversed through conscious experience. I love learning new things, reading, writing, painting, and above all value authenticity and communication. I'm certified in fitness nutrition, and corrective exercise so staying in the gym and being mindful of how I eat and move are second nature. We each have been given the sacred gift of life, that we can know our true selves, and experience deep fullfillment. A process that is happening at this very moment but only awaits our conscious participation.
