My name is Rafael Torres, and I am searching for that special female companion. One who is honest, loyal, caring, strong, open minded, and a woman who is interested in building a lasting relationship. One who believes the importance of having that special friend, lover, or partner by one's side. The female of my choice is between the age of 30 to 45. Nationality is not important, but she must be honest, down to earth, educated, etc. If you have children, then that is no problem because I love kids. Please..."No Drug-users". This sometimes discourages us, and we let real relationships and friendships pass us by, don't let this one pass you by, cause you will find someone very special right here. I was born in Brooklyn, New York, my sign is Cancer, my heritage is Dominican, and my faith is Catholicism. I have several brothers and sisters, and my best friend is my mother. I've been in prison for the last 22 years, and it has been a very long and hard stay, but I have faith that I will go home and make a lovely life my myself after after these long years behind these walls. My future plans are to pursue a career in youth counseling for the first 5 years. Then I will get back into Real Estate and enjoy life with someone special. I have a great sense of humor, am very caring, understanding, and very down to earth. I'm a great listener, and give wonderful advice based on my own trials and tribulations (my own experience through hardship). I keep myself involved in various programs, my Alma Malta is the Youth Assistance Program. The central goal is to convey to the youth the harsh realities of engaging in criminal activity. We use personal experiences so that the youth can relate. We also emphasize that education is key to current and future success. One of my goals is to pursue a career in youth counseling. I've been the President of the Latinos Unidos Organization for the past 10 years. Our mission is to promote cultural awareness, encourage a sense of community self-help and self development, for the past 7 years I have been President of the Catholic Brotherhood Organization which provides services to worthy charitable causes inside and outside of the facility. I work 5 days a week in the facility kitchen as a cook. I love to cook, I have cooked for 2000 people. One of my favorite food is Arroz Con Gandules bacalao, platanos, etc., but I can cook anything you wish to eat. I cook for most of the summer family festivals here in the prison. I also pass my time exercising, playing baseball, handball, etc. I love all kinds of music. I listen to Latin, R&B, Pop, and some Hip Hop. I am also very loyal, honest, and believe I am a caring man. I only wish to find happiness in a woman. I want to melt with that special woman in my life. If that is you then please sincerely consider writing to me, and find it in your heart to allow yourself the beauty and pleasure of getting to know me, understand that we all are looking for pure and lasting relationships, no matter where we all are in life.
