Thank you taking the time to read my profile! My name is Nicholas Ely. I am 32 years old and have been incarcerated since I was 18. Not having lived much in the free world, I enjoy hearing about the experiences of others. I'm a simple man in search of a woman who values honesty. Trust is the hardest thing to gain and the easiest to lose. We all have a past and I am not here to judge or criticize anybody. I'm easygoing, understanding, a good listener, and have a lot to offer a platonic relationship. I like waking up to watch the sun rise through my cell window and coffee is my favorite luxury! I spend my days reading, writing, exercising, and self-reflecting. I have no children of my own, but I'm lucky to have a family who has stood beside me through my incarceration. They mean the world to me. I'm not in prison for crimes against women or children. I'm incarcerated for a murder I did not personally commit, and have been serving life without parole since 2011. My appeal is in it's final stages and I expect to receive good news soon concerning a possible release date. I'm passionate about prison reform and exposing injustices against inmates who were wrongly convicted or over-sentenced. There's a lot of negativity in the world these days, and I only wish to be a positive presence in your life. There's no pressure, no expectations.
