Hi, my name is Malcolm Xavier Jeffries, I was born on July 26, 1967. I am in prison for the crime of perjury. I am serving 40 to 100 years, which is ridiculous, but sometimes life is ridiculous. I was accused of making a false statement while under oath. I apologize for my situation in life, but I will never apologize for standing up for what is right. What is crazy is that they wanted me to lie for them and when I told the truth, they charged me with perjury. Life is about doing what is right. Anyway, I do not want a woman in my life that "cannot handle the truth." Because if you cannot handle the truth, then save your time and write somebody else. I don't believe in games, unless I agree to the rules of the game that is being played. I've been in prison for 9 years, trying to figure out what the correct and proper case law is they will establish my capability to prove that I am innocent of perjury. Everybody got dreams, everybody got problems, but life is about understanding that one day we are going to die and before that day comes, we got to do our best to live our life to its fullest. So, with that said, are you that woman that is looking for a man that will stand by your side through thick or thin, and who will do whatever it takes to make sure that you know that I am in your corner.
