I've done a good job of sticking myself in a bad situation for the foreseeable future. I'm man enough to accept my punishment and live with what I've wrought. Unfortunately, acceptance is not the same as contentment. I don't feel content to live as an exile. In my heart, I know that I can offer meaningful friendship given the chance. I relate well with most everyone. I can hold my own in a conversation and I'm a little smarter than the average dunce. Sometimes, I can even make people smile. Music is a love of mine, followed by sports and writing. Exercise and general activity is a must because I refuse to stagnate. A day I didn't learn something new was a day wasted. I'm not looking for miracles, only simple friendships. I want people who don't mind sharing a little of their lives with someone who doesn't mind sharing back. Who knows, I might even be a pleasant surprise.
