I am a kind, considerate man. I have been a Christian for 13 1/2 years, and would like to correspond with the same. I play guitar in a Christian worship band. I love playing guitar, and music in general. I listen to blues, country, rock, metal, and anything but rap. I love contemporary Christian rock. I am a culinary graduate and I love to cook. I am the lead cook here, I run a crew of 35 people. I am also an artist, I have entered several art shows and my work sells rather well. I love frogs. My main occupation is working on boats. I am a marine technician. I had my own marine repair shop before coming to prison. I love everything about boats. A goal of mine is to open an upscale cafe/coffee bar, "Cafe Joseph". The cafe would have good food at good prices, fresh pastries, and baked goods. The coffee bar would be a comfortable lounge featuring live Christian music and speakers, possibly some blues and jazz bands. I grew up on a ranch, so I also love animals, horseback riding and such.
