With all that’s happening in the world, I truly hope you find these words in good health, and that I bring a lil’ joy your way. A little something about John Johnson:

I’m a 33-year-old Virgo, and was born/raised in Detroit, Michigan (USA); a couple blocks away from Motown Records (museum). Despite what you may have heard, I’m living proof there’s still some good that can come from the lovely motor city.

I consider myself a “joy junkie”. I’m real big on honesty and positive vibes. I love making others feel comfortable with my unyielding sense of humor and optimistic approach to life. I spend most of my time pursuing my career as a business owner, a creative writer (poet), and my plans to build a foundation centered around protecting women and children who are subjected to abuse and neglect.

Jail can be a disempowering, boring place – so I’m hoping to meet someone who can grab my attention and provoke some sincere, interesting conversations (and laughs!).
