Hi, I'm James. Thanks for reading. I'm from South Carolina. I used to practice law and lived in Charleston and Myrtle Beach awhile. I'm in Montana now and it sure is different! I enjoy lifting weights and doing cardio. I bead, play video games when I can, and always have a good book nearby. Right now, it's Ann Rice. I've discovered hard rock/metal in the last few years and added it to my playlist -- The Pretty Reckless, Ice Nine Kills, What I've Overcome, by Fireflight. For TV, it's dramas, college football, track, and Rick and Morty. Crazy about that show! I raised and trained dogs for the handicapped for five years. Best work I've ever done. I love helping people, and those are outstanding dogs. I've also worked at a dairy in prison and enjoyed that, too. I've always enjoyed animals and getting outdoors. I keep a positive attitude. I'm a Christian, and people describe me as a nice guy. I had some issues, which I've handled. Like the song says, I'm not what I've done; I'm what I've overcome. Some factoids: I had a cat named Slobber and a girlfriend named Pebbles. I can cook crab cakes, shrimp and grits, and Beaufort stew; and I graduated from law school with Alex Murdaugh.
