Hello, I’m excited at possibly getting to know you. I’ve been incarcerated since 2001, and I have little contact with the outside world. Prior to incarceration, I lived a self-destructive lifestyle that hurt others. I’m extremely sorry for that, and while I can’t change the past, I’m a different person today. I’m certainly not perfect. I have good days and bad days. Sometimes I feel confident, while other times I feel less self-assured. I’m honest, I have integrity. Prison life doesn’t define me, and I have no ulterior motives. I just want to connect with an interesting person like you and hopefully form a lasting friendship.

I’m open minded, nonjudgmental, and educated. I earned a BA in Counseling and Pschology in 2015, and I’m currently working on a Master’s Degree. I work as a tutor in the GED program here at the prison. I really enjoy helping the guys. I’m a high energy personality. I love using humor and my positive vibe to uplift others. I enjoy conversations about everything, so you can write to me about anything. You can’t offend me; I just really want to read your letters! So if you enjoy writing and receiving letters, take a chance on me. I don’t bite, I promise. Hopefully they’ve got me jammed up against the inside of your computer screen in a way that makes me look good. I promise to respond to every letter, but if I don’t hear from you, don’t forget to smile today, you might like it, and life is too short not to.
