My name is Christopher Jackmon.  I was born in Washington D.C., where I was raised by both my mother and father.  We later relocated to Virginia.  I love getting to know new people, but one thing that I want to make clear is that I’m not necessarily looking for anything “serious” to come of any new friendship/relationship but it could happen!  I just want the both of us to feel comfortable and have a clear understanding.  That’s very important in this “building stage”.  I will treasure every letter I receive, and will discuss any topic.  I know that you might not know what goes on in prison; let me give you a glimpse inside.  Some guys are content to sit around all day, or play sports, but I choose to take advantage of every opportunity I get while I am here and not to get caught up in all that rut.  I want to be the kind of father that my child deserves.  I am in control of my future.  I want to stay well informed and ready for business.  I strive to stay abreast of the kinds of things that will help me keep my edge over other businessmen.  I don’t just want to be ambitious; I want to bear fruit.
